Our experienced team
MB Lawyers team of Solicitors and Migration Agents is led by our Founder and Principal Solicitor, Marsha Bassily.
Marsha is a Legal Practitioner (Immigration Lawyer/ Solicitor), having completed a Bachelor of Laws/ Arts at the University of Sydney, and admitted to practice by the NSW Law Society. Marsha is also a Notary Public and also admitted as a Barrister Solicitor with the New Zealand High Court (2023 -)
Marsha has extensive experience with advising individuals, small business, Australian business, and global businesses in relation to visa requirements and compliance.
Above all, Marsha’s passion for the work we do, is an inspiration to our clients and our team.
My motivation is feeling valuable, making a difference to people’s lives. There’s a joy. It’s about the clients, getting the ‘tricky’ ones approved. I love making the call, and I do even if it’s after hours.
