UK Citizens can obtain 4 year work visa, under Free Trade Agreement

Recently, the Australian Department of Home Affairs has expanded its interpretation of the UK-AUS FTA, now including all worker types of nationals/citizens/PR from the United Kingdom.
Previously, only intra-corporate transferees and independent executives were considered covered under the FTA. However, the recent clarification now extends the term ‘contractual service supplier’ to encompass all remaining individuals.
This shift is a game-changer for #employer #Business #Sponsors, facilitating easier talent attraction and retention.
